Tonight, I saw a play.
Media.
it wasn't actually my choice to go, and we weren't even sure if we could get tickets at all.
we basically just drove forty-five minutes, in hopes that we might find the right place, and that they might have been selling tickets at the door instead of in advance, and that it wasn't already sold out, and that it happened to be running late.
lovely.
so as it happened, they were selling tickets at the door, but had started right on time, so we just had to walk into a tiny blackbox theater almost an hour late.
the acting wasn't very good, (except for the guy who had to describe exactly how Jason's new bride died in detail - he was good.) the seats were packed together, not even elevated in the back.
my parents are like that. I'll talk more about them later.
so I saw half of a play. well, whatever I could see from behind that guy with the hat and the giggling couple. (dear lord, I do believe that I just forgot how to spell couple and had to look it up. I think I may be getting tired. that would happen after seeing a play late at night, then forcing your parents to sit through an episode of Sherlock as punishment.)
strange - I'm usually the night owl, up until the wee morning hours comfortably. school is messing with my sleeping habits. school isn't natural. then again, we knew that all along.
so I'm going to bed.
I'll update in the morning.
UPDATE
OKAY. ITS LIKE 7:40 IN THE MORNING AND IM SCARED.
7:40. I don't get up before 10 on weekends, yet here I am, awake.
I'm going to go to my mind palace and try to figure this out. (*coughcoughsherlockcoughreferencecoughcough)
*me singing* and now, a song to leave you on your way:
(to the tune of 'if your happy and you know it')
Iiiiiiiiiif your happy and you know it, stay away.
if your happy and you know it, stay away,
Cuz Sherlock makes you die,
And Doctor Who, it makes you cry,
If your happy and you know it, stay away.
*clap clap*
I'll be posting more of those :) for all my Friends In Fandoms (FIF)
